To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In its original packaging
- Purchased directly from tuesdaygoods.com
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
How to Start a Return

Send Your Item Back
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and follow the return instructions provided by our team.

Receive Your Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
To request an exchange for a different size, color, or product, contact us at info@tuesdaygoods.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund for the eligible returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Gift cards
- Opened personal care or beauty products
- Items that are used, damaged, or not in their original condition or packaging
- Items returned outside the 30-day return window
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@tuesdaygoods.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo showing the problem. Our team will review your request and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost when approved.
